Some markets still see around a quarter of listings discounted, with Phoenix leading at 29.1%, followed by Tampa-St. Petersburg (25.1%), San Antonio (24.9%), Denver (24.3%), and Portland (24%). These areas face slow sales due to ample supply and weak demand at current prices.
