The housing market remains hot with rising prices causing affordability concerns, though some areas show notable price cuts. Nationally, 16.7% of active listings had price reductions in April, lower than last year. Sun Belt and Mountain West markets, including Phoenix (29.1%), Tampa (25.13%), San Antonio (24.95%), Denver (24.35%), and Portland (24.04%), saw higher price cut shares due to ample supply and weak demand.
