Single-family home sales in Greater Phoenix rose 4.5% in 2025, outperforming the national 1% decline. December sales increased 12.1%, with pending sales up 2.4% and new listings up 6.9%. The median home price was $480,000, up 0.3%. Homes stayed on the market longer, averaging 75 days. Various cities showed mixed trends in sales, prices, inventory, and days on market.
