Among the metros highlighted, Phoenix also posted one of the biggest yearly gains in concessions, climbing ↑15.3 percentage points from the prior year.
Only two metros posted higher concession shares than Phoenix, placing the city firmly among markets where seller flexibility was especially common recently.
For Phoenix buyers, that shift suggested more leverage in negotiations, while sellers appeared more willing to adjust terms as market conditions kept changing.
Phoenix was one of just three metros cited for the biggest yearly concession gains, reinforcing how quickly local deal-making conditions had evolved.
